On the front of the standard variant of the ToolScope Rev.2, you can find the following:

  • Eight removable connectors, each with two screw terminals overwritten with "Analog Input ±10 V" and the pin designations "01", "02" - "16" (analog inputs)
  • Eight removable connectors, each with two screw terminals overwritten with "Analog Input ± 24 V" and the pin designations "17", "18" - "32" (analog inputs)
  • Eight removable connectors, each with two screw terminals overwritten with "Digital Input 24 V" and the pin designations "33", "34" - "48" (digital inputs)
  • Eight removable connectors, each with two screw terminals overwritten with "Digital Output 24 V" and the pin designations "49", "" - "64" (digital outputs)

On each connector of the analog inputs and digital outputs, there is the actual signal (even pin numbers) on the right-hand cable, and the other cable is the ground connection (odd pin numbers). The ground connections are connected internally.

The digital inputs are potential-free to one another and to ToolScope. The ground connections are not connected internally.

For special constructions, the digital output 63/64 can be used as an analog output by disconnecting the internal jumper.
