This solution works if following points fulfill:
1. You can't reach the ToolScope by using Windows network services.
2. But you can still contact the ToolScope via sftp or ftp client.
Issue: Your SAMBA network client doesn't answer fast enough because of a missing or invalid DNS server.
Solution: Create a DNS server entry inside [Settings->Base->Network]. If there is an internet connection, you can set your DNS server to standart Google DNS server "126.96.36.199". If there is no available internet connection, you can also host your own DNS server.
