This article describes the filter "Trigger for range", which can be used to generate trigger signals out of other ToolScope sensor signals.
The "Trigger for range" signal filter uses any desired sensor signal to form a binary trigger condition. The output signal of the filter switches to "1" when the input signal is within a specified range. Otherwise, the output signal is "0".
This filter is particularly well suited to generating a trigger condition to start and stop monitoring based on an analog sensor signal.
The "Trigger for range" signal filter is only visible if the internal "ShowDriverTrigger for Range" setting is set to "true".
